1. Data we receive from Discord
When you use the bot or login to the portal with Discord OAuth, Ravnyx may process your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, server/guild context and the authorization data required to complete login.
The portal does not receive or store your Discord password.
2. Game data we store
To run the RPG, Ravnyx stores game-related data such as character name, archetype, portrait choice, level, XP, credits, HP, energy, inventory, storage, equipment, achievements, language, zone progress, boss clues, NPC favors, dungeon/raid/group state, ranking-related counters and enemy album progression.
This data is used to provide gameplay, show your profile, maintain progress, prevent broken sessions and support beta debugging.
3. Website and portal data
The web portal stores temporary session cookies to keep you logged in. It reads the profile exported by the Discord bot and displays it to the authenticated Discord user.
Public pages such as Home, Premium, Terms and Privacy are indexable. Private portal and API pages are marked noindex.
4. Premium and payment data
When Premium becomes available through Discord Premium Apps, Discord and its payment providers handle checkout and payment data. Ravnyx expects to process entitlement status, Discord account identifiers, Premium access status and related timestamps needed to grant or revoke access.
Do not send payment card information directly to Ravnyx support channels.
5. How we use data
We use data to operate the bot, maintain characters and progress, display profiles, provide support, detect abuse, improve balance, comply with Discord requirements and keep the service secure.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, such as Discord, Cloudflare, hosting/server infrastructure and payment/entitlement systems used by Discord Premium Apps.
Some game outputs are public inside Discord by design, such as public achievement announcements, group/dungeon messages, raid progress and rankings.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures for a small beta project, including OAuth login, restricted static file serving, no public access to configuration files, secure headers and separation between public pages and private portal data.
No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected issues to [email protected].
8. Retention and deletion
Game data is generally kept while your character or account remains active, and may also be retained as needed for backups, audit, abuse prevention, bug investigation or legal/platform compliance.
You may request deletion or review of your Ravnyx data by contacting [email protected] from an account that can prove control of the relevant Discord identity.
9. Children's privacy
Ravnyx Barcelona is intended for Discord users who are allowed to use Discord under Discord's own terms and applicable law. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children.
10. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Ravnyx evolves, especially during beta, Premium Apps setup or major web changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
