1. What Ravnyx Barcelona is
Ravnyx Barcelona is a Discord-based role-playing game operated through slash commands, embeds, buttons and related web services. The website provides public information, legal pages, Premium information and a private character portal.
Ravnyx Barcelona is currently in beta. Features, balance, content, availability and presentation may change as the project evolves.
2. Discord account and access
You need a Discord account to use the game. Use of Ravnyx is also subject to Discord's own terms, policies and community rules. The web portal uses Discord OAuth and never asks for your Discord password.
You are responsible for activity from your Discord account. Do not share access, impersonate others, automate abusive behavior or attempt to bypass permissions, cooldowns, limits or premium checks.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Ravnyx Barcelona to harass others, spam servers, exploit bugs, scrape private data, attack infrastructure, evade bans, distribute malware, promote illegal activity, or create content that violates Discord policies or applicable law.
We may restrict access, remove data, reset abusive progress or block users/servers if necessary to protect the service, players or compliance status.
4. Game progress and beta changes
Characters, items, achievements, rankings, progression and rewards are part of a live beta game. We try to preserve player progress, but adjustments, bug fixes, balance patches, migrations or resets may happen when necessary.
Ravnyx does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, specific drops, boss clears, rankings, rewards or future availability of a particular feature.
5. Premium access
Ravnyx Founder Premium is planned as a one-time durable purchase through Discord Premium Apps when available and approved. Premium access is linked to the purchasing Discord account through Discord entitlements.
Premium may unlock additional content, higher energy capacity, premium bosses, premium dungeons, premium raids, convenience features and founder identity items. Premium does not guarantee victories, rare drops, rankings or immunity from game mechanics.
If a Premium purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, fraudulent, disputed or otherwise invalidated, Premium access may be removed. Items or progress already obtained may be handled according to the game's technical and balance needs.
Any Premium description on the website is informational until the product is live in Discord checkout.
6. Payments, refunds and platform rules
When Premium is offered through Discord, payment, checkout, receipt handling and certain refund processes are handled by Discord and its payment providers. Ravnyx will follow Discord monetization rules and will not intentionally offer the same premium capability outside Discord at a lower price when Discord rules require parity.
Refund decisions, entitlement revocations and payment disputes may affect access. Abuse of refund systems may lead to restrictions.
7. Website and portal
The official website is public. The portal is private and noindexed. The portal displays a snapshot of your exported character profile and Discord identity. It is not a replacement for Discord gameplay.
Do not attempt to access configuration files, secrets, private data files, internal endpoints or other users' data.
8. Intellectual property
Ravnyx Barcelona, its original text, art direction, game systems, names, assets and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may share screenshots and discuss the game for community, review or promotional purposes, provided you do not misrepresent ownership or use the material for harmful or infringing purposes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Ravnyx Barcelona for violations of these Terms, Discord policy, legal requirements, security concerns, abuse, fraud or operational necessity.
